In September 2008 Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers was acquired by Computershare, a global financial services business.
Since the acquisition, Computershare has significantly invested in the company's technology, which has resulted in a number of positive changes to the way in which we manage Childcare Voucher orders.
In autumn 2009 we changed our name to Computershare Voucher Services.
We have also changed the way you interact with us online.
For security we have issued you with a new user ID, consisting of 10 numeric characters. You can look up your new ID and then login with your existing password. After completing your first login we will ask you to change this password to something more secure, as well as setting up some questions to help us identify you in the future.
However, not everything has changed: you will still be able to recognise us by our child friendly imagery, our leading market knowledge and strong sense of customer service.
