Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers was formed in 1998 and Computershare acquired this very successful business in 2008. After a £3million investment programme, the company underwent a rebrand and changed its name to Computershare Voucher Services, bringing the company under the Computershare brand.

Computershare Voucher Services is the UK’s largest dedicated Childcare Voucher provider and we manage Childcare Voucher schemes for organisations of all sizes, ranging from two to over 250,000 employees.

We have around 200 members of staff dedicated to the management and administration of Childcare Voucher schemes. Each month around 110,000 parents request our Childcare Vouchers through more than 14,000 employers. Over 300 new organisations join Computershare Voucher Services each month.
