Q: How do I register to start receiving childcare vouchers from Computershare Voucher Services?
A: Simply click here to register for free online. Alternatively, contact one of our Carer team on 0845 002 1122. We will the send you a Carer Registration Form. Once completed, return the form with a copy of your Registration Certificate. Once we have received all your details you will be entered onto our database and you can start redeeming childcare vouchers.

Q: What does it cost me to register with Computershare Voucher Services?
A: Nothing, it’s free to join and accept childcare vouchers.

Q: Why should I ask my parents to pay me with e-Vouchers?
A: By accepting e-Vouchers as payment, you can be safe in the knowledge that you will be receiving guaranteed payments for the childcare you provide. You will also receive detailed remittance advice from us, making it easy to understand which parents have paid for which children.

Q: Is there a lot of administration when a parent pays with childcare vouchers?
A: e-Vouchers are the simplest way to be paid. A parent will pay you electronically, authorising payment to you via their secure online account. Computershare Voucher Services then transfers this payment directly to your bank account by BACS. This means there is no additional administration required from you.

Q: Are there other ways a parent can pay me?
