There are three ways a parent can choose to pay you for your services:

e-Vouchers: This is where parents pay you electronically. A parent will use their secure online account to authorise a payment to you. We will then transfer payment as authorised by the parent to your designated bank account, by BACS transfer. This is the most accessible, flexible and environmentally sensitive product we offer and our preferred method of payment.

Standing Carer Payment: We offer an additional paperless option called a Standing Carer Payment to cater for those parents who don’t have internet access. A parent simply advises us of the date they would like payment to be made to you (on or after their pay date). We will then make the payment on their behalf directly to your designated bank account, by BACS transfer.

Paper Vouchers: Parents will hand the Childcare Voucher directly to you. You can either redeem the paper Childcare Vouchers via your online account or by calling our automated redemption line on 0845 002 1122. On redemption, Computershare Voucher Services will pay the face value of the Childcare Voucher directly to your designated bank account, by BACS transfer.

BACS payment transfers take 3 – 4 working days to reach your bank account. A remittance advice will be sent to you detailing which parent and child the Childcare Voucher relates to, including the child reference as agreed between you and the parent, your carer reference number (CRN), the amounts paid by each parent and the total amount that will be credited to your bank account.
