We can work with you and your parents, to create a scheduled payment date (a 'single agreed payment'). This means we redeem your vouchers on a date agreed by you, producing one remittance advice which reduces your admin.
How does this help?
- Our e-Vouchers allow parents to automate their payments to you, eliminating paper vouchers. On your chosen date* we transfer to your payment to your bank account via BACS within 3-5 working days.
- You can contact our carer team on 0345 002 1122, 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, or email us at email@example.com. Our team will contact your parents to arrange a payment date, which will be the same on a month by month basis.
- This can improve relationships with your parents and reduce your admin.
* You can choose a date for any funds we have received to be issued to you via BACS (please allow 3-5 working days from the specified date).
