Working with you and your parents and using our e-Vouchers or a Standing Carer Payment, we can set a mutual 'single agreed payment' date (auto pay). This ensures monies from redeemed vouchers are paid via a 'scheduled frequency date' agreed by you, which in turn produces one remittance, reducing reconciliation time.

How does this help?

• Our e-Vouchers (via an online account) and Standing Carer Payments allow parents to set up automated carer payments eliminating the need for paper vouchers. The payment to you as their carer is then transferred to your chosen bank account via a BACS payment, at the frequency you have chosen e.g. the 1st of every month.
• We have a dedicated carer team who can be contacted on 0845 002 1122, 8am-8pm Monday to Friday or by email at carer@computershare.co.uk. Our team will liaise with your parents who use our childcare vouchers to pay you, and we can arrange for them to have a single agreed payment date that will remain the same on a month by month basis.
• The end result is quicker and easier accounting, reduced administrative workload and an improved relationship with your parents.
