Computershare Voucher Services has launched thousands of childcare voucher schemes with employers of all sizes. Our dedicated teams will work with you to ensure the scheme launch maximises parent uptake, so both employers and parents can make the best possible savings.
In just three simple steps, you can have the scheme up and running for your staff:
- 1. Call our New Business team on 0845 002 1111 to begin the registration process. We will then assess your requirements and recommend the most effective parent marketing routes
- 2. We liaise with your payroll, finance and HR departments. We will also provide you with free multi-point marketing materials to promote the scheme to your staff
- 3. The childcare voucher scheme launches. Parents register for the childcare voucher scheme and place initial orders online or via our Customer Service team on 0845 002 1111.
What happens when we have launched the scheme to staff?
- You deduct the value of the childcare voucher order from each parent’s salary for the next available payroll
- You send payment for the childcare vouchers requested by your staff to Computershare Voucher Services by BACS, CHAPS, or Direct Debit
- Once the funds have cleared, childcare vouchers are sent to parents either electronically or via post, or we make a direct payment to the employee’s carer
- If a paper voucher, the Carer redeems them via Computershare Voucher Services.
