1. What is my ID number?

You will have been allocated a unique ID number and you will need to quote this each time you contact us or access our online systems. You can find this number on certain transactional emails.  ​


2. Do I need to complete a P11D form?

No, because this is a government approved salary sacrifice scheme handled through payroll, not a benefit in kind.​


3. Do I need to keep a record of parent orders on file as the employer?

No. We offer a full administration service. We will keep records of all parent orders in line with HMRC requirements on your behalf. A report showing these records can be provided at your request.​


4. When will you release my employee's childcare vouchers?

We will release all vouchers once we have received the full amount of cleared funds. Please refer to the table below for clearance times.

5. Can employees refund their vouchers?

If you decide to allow refunds on your scheme, yes. However, all refunds must be made through the employee's salary.​
