• 1. To join online, you will need your employer's Scheme ID. This is available from your employer or by contacting the Customer Service team on 0845 002 1111
• 2. Click here and follow the on-screen instructions
• 3. We will then enrol you in the Childcare Voucher scheme

Option 2 - Via the Customer Service team

Call us on 0845 002 1111 between 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday to Friday. We will:

• 1. Explain how Childcare Vouchers work
• 2. Offer guidance on savings using Childcare Vouchers
• 3. Discuss "Voucher Health Checks"
• 4. Answer any other questions you have related to Childcare Vouchers
• 5. We will then enrol you in the Childcare Voucher scheme
