This is great news and just shows that public pressure works when enough people participate. I don't know if I mentioned in my previous email that when I emailed Ed Balls's office, my email was forwarded to Number 10 so they were getting messages from all sides.

I was very worried that many parents, but especially women, would find themselves back in a situation where they were forced to give up work and their career to look after their children full-time because childcare is so expensive.
