1. Why should I ask parents to pay me with e-Vouchers?

e-Vouchers are a guaranteed form of payment. We will send you your remittance advice by email, letting you know which parents have paid for which children.

2. Are there other ways a parent can pay me?

Parents can also pay you using paper vouchers, as long as their employer’s scheme allows them to pay this way. Please click here to find out more.

3. I haven't received payment yet.

If you are sure the parent has arranged a payment by e-vouchers, it is worth checking the frequency of payments you selected. If you chose monthly, any funds we have received will leave us on this specified date and arrive in your account within 3-5 working days as a BACS transfer. If you select daily payments, the money will leave us the next working day and be in your bank account within 3 to 5 days. If you still have any queries, please contact us.
