Set up a scheme in three easy steps

We've launched thousands of childcare voucher schemes with employers of all sizes. We will work with you to launch your scheme, and make sure as many parents as possible join.
Three simple steps to set up your childcare voucher scheme:
1.​ Call our New Business team on 0345 002 1111.
2.​ We talk to your payroll, finance and HR departments.
You tell us your scheme rules e.g. voucher order windows, amendments to orders, voucher cancellations, refunds, catching up on missed vouchers, treatment of maternity leave.
We'll give you posters and leaflets to promote childcare vouchers to your staff.
3.​ Your childcare voucher scheme launches.

You complete a Basic Earnings Assessment for parents joining your scheme after 6 April 2011.
Once your scheme has launched:
  • You will be given access to Employer Online, our user-friendly online service.
  • You deduct the childcare voucher order from each parent’s salary for the next available payroll
  • You send payment for the childcare vouchers to us by BACS, CHAPS, or Direct Debit
  • Once the funds have cleared, we'll send the childcare vouchers to parents electronically.
